I. Definition:
it is a kind of soft packing. It is weaved by 95% white asbestos tow and soaking in PTFE emulation. PTFE overcomes the cellularity of asbestos, and improves the stable chemical property and compactness of asbestos; it can avoid penetrable leakage to reduce the damage to axostyle and prolong its service life; It also reduce the torsion and energy consumption, and the cold resistance of asbestos fiber is strengthened as well (meanwhile its heat resistance is reduced by 260℃). Using asbestos fiber to be the material of framework, which can avoid some disadvantages of PTFE, the cold-flow and creep are also reduced.
II. Application:
it is mainly used for the seal packing box on rotary motor and shuttle valve shaft, cooling switch valve, media acid and alkali, petrochemical industry, and food processing factory.
